Telesales - stop wasting Time & Money

So I spoke with one of my clients yesterday and they mentioned their call pick-up rate was quite poor.

They are an Estate Agent based in Spain and over the months they have gathered a ton of legitimate sales leads from shows, exhibitions and social campaigns from potential clients living in the UK.

The company is employing extra staff to call the leads but they are simply not getting through to that many people.

Let's turn the issue on its head - imagine you are the potential client sat at home and you receive a call from Spain. How likely are you to pick up? 

There are many variables to the equation so whilst it won't achieve a 100% difference, by calling someone using a more local number, it will significantly increase the chances of a conversation. 

Bottom line: 'Be More Local'
